#lincolncountyfair Coming on quickly the Lincoln County Fair will be here beginning this weekend! Running from Friday, September 16th thru Saturday, September 24th this action packed week is always a favorite with Lincoln County residents and visitors alike. For complete calendar and details visit https://www.lincolncountyfairtn.com/ . Be sure and head out to support the local vendors and to be a part of one of our biggest community events of the year! #fridaynightsunderthelights We are a community that supports its youngins'! Football season is in full swing and what better way to spend a Friday night than under the lights of LCHS and/or FHS! Please see the school websites for a full list of game dates and get out there and support our Falcons and Tigers....time to don that red/blue and orange/black! #soccerandsoftball While football takes center stage on Friday the rest of the week can be well spent at the fields of South Lincoln Sports Complex. Our community kiddos from ages 3-17 take to the fields for softball, baseball, and soccer every Thursday evening and Saturday morning. Snack shacks are open and running and it's a hoot to see these young kids in action! Bring those lawn chairs, sit back and cheer on those kids while the leaves fall from the trees!

#fallinlovewithfayetteville Fayetteville Main Street will be sponsoring a "Fall in Love with Fayetteville" event on Saturday, October 1st from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Very similar to our much loved First Friday events, this Saturday morning will offer numerous vendors to fill up the Square. With a defined "Fall" theme the vendors will all have fun fall crafts, decorations and even candy for the kiddos. There will be pumpkin carving, coloring contests, and many more ways to celebrate the season so be sure and mark your calendars!

#hostofchristmaspast One of our most beloved annual events is right around the corner! Fayetteville's Host of Christmas Past event will be held on Friday, November 11th and Saturday, November 12th. Join us on the square Friday evening for the lighting of the Fayetteville Christmas Tree outside the courthouse....from there we will having a Christmas/History walk thru some of our downtown churches. Saturday of the Host is the big Kahuna! Spread across the valley from the square to the church parking lots to the art center to the museum and to the high school campuses....there is something for everyone! The days full calendar of events wraps up with our Cemetery Stroll at the First Presbyterian Church at dusk. There's so much to see and do that weekend that you'll need to plan plenty of time to cover it all! Please see https://www.hostofchristmaspast.com/ for more details. Team Gatlin has a special and vested interest in all of these events! We have family members and loved ones playing sports, we are excited to be members of the Fayetteville Main Street organization, and Leading Edge Real Estate Group has always been a big supporter of our Fair every year!
